When I first ordered from them it took a couple of weeks before I received the products. I didn't get a comfirmation either so I finally contacted them and after a few days, one of the owners replied. They are super nice and knowledgeable, but they are really busy. If you can wait just a little bit more, I'm sure you will be happy you did. Their products are awesome and work great.
